1. Nature of the service

EdgeHunter sells informational and educational monetization plans — step-by-step documents and live guidance that explain how to use publicly available promotional offers from third-party, New Jersey–licensed operators. 2. No account access — ever

4. Your responsibilities

5. Operator terms

Each operator's terms of service govern your use of their platform. Some operators restrict activity they classify as promotional abuse, and may limit or close accounts at their discretion. This is a commercial decision of the operator, not a legal action against you. Our plans are engineered to read as ordinary recreational play, but we do not control operators' enforcement decisions.

6. Refund policy — money-back guarantee

If, for reasons not attributable to you, a purchased plan cannot be executed or the expected profit cannot be collected, we refund the purchase in full. 8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeHunter's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses related to operator decisions, account restrictions or missed promotions.

9. Intellectual property

All plans, methods, documents and site content are the intellectual property of EdgeHunter. Purchasing a plan grants a personal, non-transferable license for individual use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
